Our property is located just steps away from the Rhine River. Between the house and the riverbank, you’ll find a spacious lawn, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

Getting Around Locally:

  • On-site parking is available upon request.
  • We offer three bicycles (nothing fancy, but functional!) to explore the surroundings.
  • The area is ideal for cycling or walking through the nearby nature and water protection zones along the Rhine.

Yoga & Sports:

  • Yoga classes, meditation, and breathwork sessions are available on request on our property.
  • We can also arrange sports coaching or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) sessions at the nearby Fühlinger See.

  • By Car: Convenient access to the Autobahn via the Cologne-North junction and the Leverkusen Bridge. Key destinations include:
